2 drug ARV regimen in patient with Stage V CKD: A patient with longstanding HIV infection and comorbid advanced renal disease presented to our clinic for the first time. Due to the requirement of dosage adjustments they were taking a multi-tablet ARV regimen. A literature review was undertaken to determine what agents and doses have been studied in PLHIV with advanced renal disease, and whether a single-pill regimen may be utilised.
