Born beneath Taranaki Mounga and Uri of Ngāti Toa.
I work as a Cultural services director and serve many Cultural events within Wellington on Tikanga Okawa that I hold close by many mentors. I have had the experience of working along with a Koro of mine from Taranaki & Ngapuhi the Late Te Huirangi Waikerepuru and also the Late Mereiwa Broughton.
I serve my people and guest with Aroha tētehi ki tētehi and making sure that those that are still learning as I guide them on their journey. My huge passion is Educating our people and also carrying that legacy that our taonga belongs to the people.
He Manu muramura motoi kura, he tangāta mau ki te raukura hei tohu atu ki te ao.
(As a Phoenix bird flies, I become the kaitiaki of knowledge)
