Western Australian

Rural Physician Workshop

Kaya, Welcome,

The Organising Committee is pleased to welcome you to the RACP Western Australian Rural Physicians Workshop at WA Country Health Service, Grace Vaughn House, Shenton Park on Saturday, 16th and Sunday, 17th November 2024.

This year’s program covers a broad spectrum of adult general medicine topics, providing clinical and non-clinical updates in areas such as infectious diseases, respiratory, medical oncology, eating disorders and dementia. Attendees will be invited to join interactive face-to-face workshops which will dive into areas such as conversations for learning, clinical skills teaching and systematic approaches to radiology.

The organising committee have designed this event to be more than just educational — it's a chance to connect with colleagues in a relaxed environment, including over an optional dinner. Plus, your participation counts towards CPD!

This program is designed with our rural Physicians in mind and is available in person in Perth or virtually. For those choosing to attending in person, we appreciate the costs incurred to travel to Perth, therefore we offer the event at no cost to our members. Finally, we would like to formally acknowledge the support of our voluntary speakers and our sponsors, without whom the event would not be possible.

We look forward to seeing you there and sharing these 1.5 days of learning and connection.
